Our Property

The Bask Hotel is an independent condo-hotel. While the facility is managed daily the same as any standard hotel, each guest room is owned and furnished by a different individual or entity.

The Bask Hotel is a 10-story building.
-Our building, is positioned across from the sound.

  • The second floor contains the lobby, front desk, business center, conference room, and marketplace.
  • From the third to the tenth floor are a range of room types from king studios to queen and king suites and some 2-bedroom suites.
  • There is both an elevator and stairs to access all floors.

No entrance at the Bask has an automatic button to open doors.

We have two parking lots. Once directly behind the hotel and the other directly adjacent from the hotel. We do have 15-minute parking and two handicap accessible parking spots underneath the building. You are able to access the elevators from the ground floor to every level of the hotel.
Any guest can freely move and access the amenities provided in the main building.

Accessible paved walkways surround the entire perimeter of the building. We do not have a ramp to the any entryway of the building, but the elevator is located at each floor including the ground/handicap parking.

Guest laundry is accessible on the third floor.

Guest Rooms

We only have one accessible room available which is located on the 3rd floor.

  • Door frame width: 36″
  • The kitchen counters are 36″ off the ground
  • Toilet is 17 inches from the floor and roll-in shower equipped with grab bars 36″ off the ground.
  • The sink has a height of 35 1/2″.
  • Bed height: 29″.

No guest rooms have automatic door openers.

All guest rooms are level.
